# Contributing

Corrections, missing evidence, platform mappings, examples, and validator improvements are welcome.

Please include:

- the field, mapping, rule, or statement being changed;
- an authoritative source URL and retrieval date where the proposal concerns a platform;
- whether the evidence is direct, derived, inferred, emerging, or unknown;
- the products, categories, markets, or programs to which it applies;
- a synthetic example or test when behaviour changes; and
- any privacy or compatibility consequence.

Do not submit merchant catalogues, customer information, credentials, private reports, or screenshots containing private commerce data. Synthetic and intentionally public examples only.
